How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2- 4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Where is SHOP CANARY CLOTHING online based?
Our office is located in Cliffside Park, New Jersey, just a few stops from the Big Apple New York City.

How are domestic shipping rates calculated?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship domestically. We do not offer international shipping. Shipping time depends on your location.

Can you process international credit cards?
We do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopcanaryclothing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
